AT GEN III High-Performance Belts Now in Our Eshop
In response to the significantly growing demand for polyurethane drive timing belts for high performance, we have newly expanded our product range with CONTI SYNCHROFLEX series belts in the GEN III design.
We are gradually replenishing stocks of all profiles AT3, AT5, AT10 and some AT20.
CONTI SYNCHROFLEX GEN III belts transmit more than 25 % higher power than conventional timing belts in the same profiles. In addition, as the only polyurethane belts, they have a temperature resistance of up to 100 °C. They are used in the drives with the highest power transmission, e.g. in the construction of single-purpose machines, machine tools, packaging machines or in the food industry.
These belts are easily recognizable, as they are made of a special highly durable polyurethane DADU 9333, which is red.
The GEN III series belts are manufactured at the Continental ContiTech plant in Dannenberg, Germany.
