Universal Tensioners and Tensioning Pulleys Now in Our Eshop

We have expanded our Eshop product range with a category of chain and belt tensioners. This important part of transmissions performs the function of suspension, guidance, tensioning or damping directly during operation. This contributes to reducing wear and thus extends the service life of the transmission components.
Chain or belt tensioners consist of a lever that is flexibly mounted between two squares and attached to the base of the machine. The elastic part consists of rubber elastic segments. The tensioning pulleys are attached to the lever with a screw.
The division of the Eshop categories is based on the above principle:
- Tighteners Elements
Threaded tighteners elements for rear mounting or with central screw for external mounting, supports for attaching tensioners to the machine. - Chain Tensioners
Sliding blocks, sprockets with screw, idler sprockets for tensioning industrial roller chains. - Belt Tensioners
Rollers with screw and tensioning pulleys for tensioning of common industrial V-belts of smaller profiles.
Tensioners Field of Use
Typical application is small and medium-sized roller chains – for conveyors, roller conveyors, handling equipment, construction machinery, in the woodworking industry, packaging machines or in the food industry.
