Sprocket Description
08B-1-11-NKZ/D15 (1/2” × 5/16”) - 11 Teeth, with Hub, Hardened Teeth, 2 Screws, Bore 15H7, Keyway (Steel) sprockets are ready for immediate installation on the appropriate shaft without the need for additional machining. They are designed for drives with all types of 08B-1 (1/2″ × 5/16″) simplex roller chains of the so-called European series (B-series), standardized to ISO 606 (DIN 8187).
The bore with a keyway ensures precise mounting and effective power transmission. The keyway, cut with a P9 tolerance (according to DIN 6885/1), is aligned with the tooth center, allowing for paired sprocket mounting. The bore is prepared with a tolerance field of H7. Additionally, the hub is equipped with two threaded holes and set screws for precise shaft fixation. One hole is aligned with the keyway, while the other is positioned 90° offset.
