V-Belt Profile Gauges
V-belt profile gauges are plastic gauges for checking the shape of V-pulleys.
By inserting a plastic gauge into the groove of the V-belt pulleys, the exact shape and condition of each side of the V-groove can be accurately determined. We can simply optically find deviations in shape, angle or damage, abrasion or wear.
Correct profile, shape and undamaged condition are prerequisites for trouble-free function and long service life.
