Description
BEHA AS02 - Scissors for Round Belts up to 12 mm (with Stop) is a machine used to prepare joints and connect open-ended round and V-belts made of polyurethane (PU) or polyester (TPE) in endless drive or conveyor belts by welding.
Welders work on the principle of heating the ends of the belt when contacted by a heating element or by heating made with vibration.
Additional accessories are also needed for welding (e.g. pliers, holders, scissors for preparing and cleaning joints), which can be purchased separately. But we also offer complete sets that include the welding machine and the necessary accessories.
Fields of Use
Welding machines for round and V-belts are intended for connecting open-ended belts directly on machines, in workshops during production or maintenance and service of machines in all areas of industry, where it is necessary to connect a large number of belts or to respond immediately to belt damage in order to avoid longer downtimes and outages.
