Standard Timing Bars
Timing bars serve as a semi-finished product for the production of timing pulleys. They are produced in different profiles, which correspond to the belt profiles. The basic types are made of aluminum alloy, alternatively steel, depending on the profile. Their standard lengths are usually 160 mm (or 140 mm).
PC GT (for SYNCHROCHAIN CTD)
Timing bars for all types of SYNCHROCHAIN CTD and FALCON PD belts in CTD or GTR profile.
T (for PU Belts)
Timing bars for polyurethan timing belts with trapezoidal T profile according to DIN 7721.
Bars Fields of Use
Timing bars are designed for production of timing pulleys of any shape. They are used when, for any reason, the corresponding timing pulley is not available or is not standardly produced.
As well as the timing pulleys, they are used in machine tools, packaging machines, printers, single-purpose machines, in the food, paper and glass industries and in many other industries.
