Unbored Solid Hub V-Belt Pulleys
Unbored Solid Hub SPZ, SPA, SPB, SPC V-belt pulleys are the basic type of V-belt pulleys. They are produced in standard series and dimensions from gray cast iron. Their design is based on the ISO 4183 (DIN 2211) standard.
The pulleys are supplied as semi-finished products and the bore must be modified before mounting the pulleys on the shafts.

Pulleys Fields of Use
The solid hub V-belt pulleys meet the highest requirements of modern drive technology and are used in all areas of mechanical engineering, from fine mechanics to heavy engineering.
They are typically used in compressors, blowers, machine tools, in the paper and chemical industry and in many other machines.

Fine grain cast-iron grade 220–260.

Pulleys with Dw > 125 mm are statically balanced, degree q 6.3 at 1500 rpm. On request, the pulleys can be balanced dynamically in two planes, degree q 6.3 - q 2.5.
