Pulley Description
SPC 630-6 - Unbored is the basic type of V-belt pulleys. It is made of gray cast iron. Its design is based on the ISO 4183 (DIN 2211) standard.
The pulleys are supplied as semi-finished products and the bore must be modified before mounting the pulleys on the shafts.
Pulley Fields of Use
The solid hub SPC V-belt pulleys meet the highest requirements of modern drive technology and are used in all areas of mechanical engineering, from fine mechanics to heavy engineering.
They are typically used in compressors, blowers, machine tools, in the paper and chemical industry and in many other machines.

Fine grain cast-iron grade 220–260.

Pulleys with Dw > 125 mm are statically balanced, degree q 6.3 at 1500 rpm. On request, the pulleys can be balanced dynamically in two planes, degree q 6.3 - q 2.5.
