Bando HP-HTS Heavy-Duty Timing Belts
Reinforced Bando HP-HTS (High Performance) timing belts in the HTD (HTS) profile are designed for high power transmission, torque, and speed.
The belts are made from a highly durable synthetic rubber compound, with glass fiber tension members and teeth protected by impregnated fabric on the surface. They allow long-term, maintenance-free operation even in demanding applications with high power transmission. Even at higher speeds, they reduce vibrations and noise.
Belts Construction
- Special nylon fabric
- Synthetic rubber teeth
- Glass cord tension member
- Synthetic rubber backing
Belts Fields of Use
Bando HP-HTS are rubber timing belts providing reliable solutions across a wide range of power levels in most industrial areas.
They are typically used in production lines in the automotive industry, grinding machines, machines in the textile and paper industries, packaging machines, 3D printers, scanners, and many other machines across various industries.
Belts Characteristics
- Increased power transmission capacity compared to standard HTD (HTS) belts
- High reliability and long service life
- Low noise level
- Vibration damping
- Narrower belt and pulley width (approximately 25% narrower compared to standard Bando HTS belts)
- Compatibility with standard pulleys in the HTD profile
