CONTI-V MULTIBELT Banded Narrow-Section V-Belts (ISO 4184 / DIN 7753 Wrapped)
CONTI-V MULTIBELT banded narrow-section V-belts are created by joining individual V-belts into one wide strip. The belt profile and transmitted power remain the same as the individual belts. They are wrapped according to ISO 4184 (DIN 7753).
The banded V-belts are used to eliminate vibrations in the individual belts, on drives with significant impacts as well as highly irregular loads and on drives with large center distances.

Belts Fields of Use
The CONTI-V MULTIBELT banded V-belts are used in heavy-duty machines in all industries, especially in agricultural machinery, machine tools, crushers, fans, in the paper industry, cement plants, power plants, mines and in other cases where large irregular forces must be transmitted over long span lengths.

General factory certificates are not sufficient for belts used in potentially explosive atmospheres.
If a test report according to ISO 1813 and ISO 9563 is required for the application, it is necessary to inform us of the request for delivery of belts including the certificate when ordering them (when ordering belts via Eshop, please write this request in the "Note" field before by sending the order). The certificate is issued by ContiTech after the test in the production plant.
