CONTI-V MULTIBELT POWER Narrow-Section Reinforced V-Belts
CONTI-V MULTIBELT POWER banded V-belts are created by joining individual V-belts into one wide strip.
Unlike the regular basic CONTI-V MULTIBELT types, they are made from a special fiber-reinforced mixture of rubber and a special aramid tensile fiber. They are characterized by increased transmitted power and longer life, higher impact resistance, higher transverse stiffness and high temperature and chemical resistance.
Low electrical conductivity – for compliance with requirements to ISO 1813.

Belts Fields of Use
CONTI-V MULTIBELT POWER banded V-belts are used in the most heavily loaded machines in special applications, especially in agricultural machines, machine tools, crushers, fans, in the paper industry, in cement plants, in power plants, in mines and in other cases where transmitted non-uniform load at large axial distances.

General factory certificates are not sufficient for belts used in potentially explosive atmospheres.
If a test report according to ISO 1813 and ISO 9563 is required for the application, it is necessary to inform us of the request for delivery of belts including the certificate when ordering them (when ordering belts via Eshop, please write this request in the "Note" field before by sending the order). The certificate is issued by ContiTech after the test in the production plant.
